With over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, fundraising, and business development, Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Executive Director.Before joining FamTech.org, Anna Founded and served as CEO of LeaveLogic, a family leave management software platform. Under her leadership, LeaveLogic successfully raised multiple rounds of funding and scaled its business to serve some of the largest employers in the US. The company was later acquired by Unum Group, where Anna continued to work as part of Unum's Digital Ventures and Transformation Team.In addition Anna's is a wife and mother with 15 years of international corporate experience. After the birth of her two children—one born in Europe, the second born in the United States—the glaring difference in family leave policies prompted her to launch LeaveLogic.Anna is recognized as a thought leader in parental leave policies and solutions, has been profiled by television and print media.
