Going back to what I love to do. Development. I'm currently in the role as a full-stack Microsoft BI developer using Azure and Power BI to develop an extended Warehouse and BI system over the top of Dynamics 365.

I'm responsible for the entire department in all aspects of IT and report directly to the CEO.

- Provide innovative ideas to Business Intelligence solutions.- Acquire and manage a team of developers to provide innovation development through to proof-of-concept utilizing short term sprints and Agile development methods.- Work with other bank technology teams to integrate external systems with existing data warehouse / BI / data measurement technologies.

- Coordinated with development teams in project scheduling and resource allocation.- Working as a technical analyst, assisted line of business partners to provide business requirements for needed business intelligence solutions to manage contact center operations.

Maintain and upgrade a business intelligence system dealing with call center employee performance and performance bonuses. I manage a team of database developers around a suite of database applications and self built BI tools used by Bank of America to asses our associate performance when dealing with our customers along several channels. The system consists of transactional, dimensional and the ETL processes involved.

- Created new ERP system (Windows, SQL Server, Client Server architecture) for fabrics textiles management, replacing existing in-house system. - Maintained in-house supply chain software (VB.Net/ASP.Net, SQL Server, Multi-tier architecture) dealing with sewing operations. - Used as a technical consultant for Windows (Win32, .Net) development. - Worked with hardware analysts in developing Microsoft solution architectures.

Replaced existing in-house ERP system with new Windows / SQL Server based system to assist in expanding company's growth. Project continued and was completed when the company was acquired by Sara Lee Corp.

Performed many duties in my Navy Career, specifically in the field of Nuclear Propulsion Operations on US Navy Aircraft Carriers. I worked on the U.S.S. Eisenhower (CVN-69), U.S.S. Lincoln (pre-commission crew and CVN-72) and the U.S.S. Washington (CVN-73). I also managed a team of trainers and students in up-state NY specializing in readying the students for their career in the fleet as Nuclear Reactor Operators for about four years. My Job Titles and duties were specifically;- Nuclear Reactor Operator - Propulsion Plant Supervisor- Divisional Leading Petty Officer.- Departmental Leading Petty Officer.Generally - Leader / Counselor of approximately 25 individuals in the watch standing, training, operations, maintenance and repair of nuclear instrumentation and control equipment held responsible by the Reactor Controls Divisions on board Navy Aircraft Carriers.Collateral Duties outside of the nuclear field included;- Ship wide safety regulations and enforcement.- Ship wide repair parts management & acquisition while in an overhaul period.- Management of small teams utilized in NATO / UN operations.- Management of divisional supply consumables and parts acquisition and replacement.- Management & support of departmental IT services including design, implementation and ongoing production management and support of a classified computer network (R-NET on U.S.S. Washington) utilizing Windows NT.- Student Counselor regarding matters dealing with the student performance in training and the students general well being while at the training command.
