Hospitality Development: Coordinated brand development, financial modeling, and design for new 4-star tech-enabled lifestyle hotel targeting holistic wellness, facilitated site negotiations for $90MM flagship in Scottsdale, AZ.Healthcare Development: Coordinated structuring, feasibility, site selection, & concept design of new $50MM outpatient facility in Freemont, CA for JV between two healthcare operators.Thought Leadership: Created new “Future of Work” consulting practice integrating workspace, collaboration technology, process improvement & automation, and organizational effectiveness resulting in 1st year revenue of $6MM. Continued my own real estate consulting business expanding client base to include a multiamily leasing specialist and a large mixed use developler. Revenue Analysis: Developed multifamily pricing model for a 300-unit luxury high-rise apartment project in Chicago.Multifamily Development: Managed feasibility, pre-development of 120-unit project in Chicago’s West Loop area.
