My primary focus was crafting a comprehensive business requirement documentation encompassing both functional and non-functional aspects. This documentation laid the foundation for the technical solution that would enable seamless DAC6 reporting within Denmark and data sharing across European authorities. Collaboration through SAFe Agile and Scrum methodologies with the development team and product owner from The Danish Tax Agency was instrumental in translating regulatory mandates into a practical and UX-optimized solution.I was further responsible for enabling 'customer success,' offering hands-on support to system users, involving assistance in extracting and effectively applying system data to facilitate streamlined case processing.I served as Lead for the Business Analyst Community of Practice (CoP) within the division of Data & Analytics, standardizing the approach, processes and artefacts used by Business Analysts to facilitate stakeholder input workshops and the development of business- and technical requirement documentation across projects within the Agency.
