I have a degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Knowledge Management in Organizations, and work with project management.In 2016 I started my migration to technology-oriented areas by identifying opportunities to make a difference for organizations and people. I know and use several methodologies, tools and management practices such as Agile Methodologies, including Scum, Kamban, Microsoft Project, Bizagi, Design thinking, Storytelling, Confluence, Jira, among others. I understand that the language and methodologies must be adapted to the environment. Therefore, I use the techniques as needed in the projects and profile of the company and team.I have experience in project management in the software industry aimed at the financial market, leading teams in all stages of the project, working from the idealization to the implementation of projects (end to end).I have experience in implementing knowledge management, applying techniques that aim to ensure that the developed knowledge remains in the organization and is available in the best way for users. I work with knowledge mapping and strategies for retaining, making available and disseminating knowledge. In addition, I use Tech Writer techniques to prepare documentation, training and corporate education.I've been through several challenging situations and bring many lessons learned. I learned that being empathetic with each other and also with myself is one of the best ways to solve problems. Therefore, I seek to understand each demand and those involved to achieve the best way of working to achieve the objectives.I value proactivity, participative leadership, innovation, communication and focus on the customer, in solving pain with solutions that make sense. I really like “creating together” and “hands-on”, that makes all the difference in a project.In my free time, I like to travel, read and have fun with my husband, family and friends.
