Branding/Marketing/Business development

- Establish and execute new brand marketing plans to build Brand awareness, reputation, and popularity in Asia. - Develop new brand (Etu:www.etusolution.com) promise, brand vision, brand position, brand architecture that supports and achieves overall business goals. - Develop marketing plans, which includes brand strategies, vision, marketing budget, objectives, and tactics (integrated marketing communication), and manage the development of all promotional materials for assigned Big Data product and solutions.- Oversee and manage key media relations and processes. Ensure senior management spokespeople to communicate core message of the brand (Etu) consistently.- Work hand in hand with solution partners in the direction of the development of events and sales promotions.- Work with agencies in the creative development process and execution of all campaigns, including print, trade shows, and new media.- Manage brand budgets and maintain these budgets throughout the year, balancing expenditures to meet profitability expectations.- Spearhead the use of Facebook, Etu is the first Taiwan based Big Data company to utilize social networking to reach an audience focusing on Big Data in Taiwan.- Plan and manage annual technology innovation awards worldwide e.g. The Golden Award, APITA Award, etc.

- Supported CEO to communicate internal and external Corp. messages.- Managed corporate marketing and communications functions including direct brand management, PR, media relations, corporate positioning, product launches, advertising, sales collateral/tradeshow marketing, and e-marketing.- Developed and maintained relationships with all marketing teams and developed effective strategies for individual countries, while maintaining knowledge of all customer markets and preparing innovative plans for all businesses. - Worked with PM to develop and conduct the content of new product and planned product launch campaign. - Developed internal brand training materials helping new employees and sales to understand the concept of having a unified voice and core values of a corporate brand.- Supported regional business growth and development through the preparation and execution of global branding policies and programs. - Overlooked the global marketing activities and integrated global resources to reduce the overall marketing costs.

- Worked with COO/CEO to develop, design, and maintain the corporate presentation, as well as related Marketing materials and IPO materials.- Set annual marketing goals and objectives for global presence including China, Japan, North America, and Taiwan. - Developed and implemented worldwide marketing & communication strategies.- Promoted the corporate image through mixed media plan and vehicles in order to increase brand awareness.- Led and executed annual customer satisfaction campaign for meeting ISO 9001 standard.- Coordinated with sales team to support revenue goals, e.g. TSMC symposiums. - Supported Headquarters HR to conduct annual employee reward plan.- Evaluated design and media agencies, as well as identified suppliers and negotiated contracts.- Responsible for advertising, events, exhibitions, media relations, and print.
