Building and Managing the Associate Pool * Work with HR and identify potential pool associate hires * Organize, manage logistics for and administer the induction processes for successful candidates * Maintain database records of all applicants, rejections and successful associates, particularly to keep track of changing availability * Attend the weekly Recruitment meeting where all resource requirements are discussed * Collect details of all existing associates in the division from HR Support and maintain details in resource database and maintain the Resource Management Dashboard of the Talent Pool and their availability* Provide up-to-date information on all GES resources to management, particularly availability * Contact pool associates to describe opportunities, at a high level, before handing over communications to PM/PD's * Follow up on any resource requirements that cannot be satisfied by pool associates by initiating a JRF and working closely with HR to fulfill that need* Maintain and manage list of vendor contractors to ensure employability terms are adhered to* Ongoing communications with pool associates to ensure that they feel engaged and connected to Lionbridge whether working on a client engagement or not* Onboarding of new hires, related logistics, seating locations and system setups to facilitate a smooth transition from HR to the respective managerPMO Activities* Ensure all projects initiated by MIS team have associates allocated to them and track to closure of project* Collect weekly status reports from projects and prepare Dashboard reports for Management* Work closely with Project Managers and Project Directors to track any change in revenue forecast on a weekly basis and prepare reports for Management* Maintain allocation and usage of corporate assets to GES team members
