About Steffi Black

Through one-on-one coaching, workplace presentations, and online Qigong classes, I remind my clients of their innate wisdom. By integrating daily rituals, together we follow a more peaceful path until. your new story emerges. I care a lot about healthy workplaces. My presentations on self-compassion and daily self-care empower employees to take their well-being into their own hands. We bring in mindfulness, qigong and rituals to support people so they can increase their inner happiness, and also their creativity and productivity (and therefore improve the bottom line, if you trust the research).I have presented on kindness and holistic well-being and my main focus is empowering individuals to take care of themselves with more heart-based practices which translates into better relationships at work and outside of the workplace.
