As a change owner for Master Data I am the linking pin between the SUMMIT project musketeers and the business/key users @ FrieslandCampina Belgium. Responsible for the communication about the changes the SUMMIT project will bring to our organisation, way of working, etc in terms of Master Data. Make sure the key users understand the importance of these changes, so that the transfer from 'old' to 'new' goes smoothly and key users are well trained & informed.

I was involved in both GDSN (Global network focusing on synchronising logistic product data between trading partners) and trustbox (platform for the electronic and aggregated exchange of product label data between trade partners) and data management & data quality in general. * Supporting the implementation of the global GS1 standards & products at a local (Belgilux) level by giving training, seminars & discovery workshops, being present at several events, organizing and supporting working groups and committees.* The development of new solutions & services based on the GS1 global standards and local implementation (such as trustbox, audit & upload and data qualit services, etc.) and raising awareness in the market about them. * The project management of the different projects on standards, solutions & services. Knowledge acquired during the Kluwer project management course in 2012. * Providing customer support to our GDSN, trustbox and DQ/audit users in case of issues or questions.* Providing our marketing team with input and my support with the creation of publications on our website, on third party websites or magazines, in our own magazine 'LINK', eNews & Newsletters and with the development of brochures and external presentation, etc. Involved in brainstorms about the approach and images to be used for the trustbox and data related communication efforts.
