As the CEO of GoUSA ((www.gousa.study), I contribute to the Company's overall growth. - Responsible for developing and implementing GoUSA's business development strategy.- Look after the Business, Sales, Complete Team and Process for GoUSA- Onboarding recruitment partners on platform.- Developing and implementing strategy to the retention of potential students by transforming prospects into admitted students.- Implement and monitor online and offline promotional activities such as webinars and fairs.- Establish and maintain successful, positive, and productive relationships with University partners.- Carry out general awareness-raising activities regarding Higher Education in USA.- Propose partnership agreements with Higher Education Institutes in USA.- Develop, consolidate, evaluate, and lead GoUSA branch offices across India.- Set up promotional operations with consultants across GoUSA branches in India. - Develop knowledge base for consultants and implement consultant training across various branches in India.- Reporting business developments frequently to the senior management.- Showcase GoUSA on social networks like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.- Collaborate with in-house Tech team to develop and implement office automation tools and databases.- Develop and maintain contacts at U.S. universities and colleges, for the purpose of coordinating outreach activities.
