HR Transformation Project : Workday Implementation & Payroll OutsourcingI. Facilitate in the project life cycle from requirement gathering, functional configuration, testing, training, and deployment • Work directly with key business stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and drive requirements sign-off• Engage with subject matter experts to review Workday system features and scope to ensure business/country specific requirements are captured in the data and configuration workbooks• Communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions and identify dependencies or gaps• Drive testing of Workday releases and ensure documentation of test scenarios, defects, and change requests• Collaborate with Data Migration team to support data mapping activities from the legacy systems to WorkdayII. Communication & Change Management - Drive communication and change management strategies by supporting design, development, and delivery of change communication• Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders• Support design and delivery of training programs
