As of October 2016, I was promoted to Senior Agent for the Company, this includes taking calls from junior members of staff with regards to customer issues and any work related questions that the agents have. I am also part of a team of agents who book vehicles all over the world for our National and International customers this involves make and receiving calls from all of the world and responding to emails with requests for bookings and quotes for journeys.

I worked in the Police Records Office as a Data Inputter. My role in this job was to input data with regards to Police Reports for crimes committed within the Strathclyde area.I dealt with many different forms as part of my job which included – 3.20.1 Forms – these forms were completed by police officers when a crime had been reported and a suspect had been charged with a crime. This involved finding the details of individuals on the PNC/SCRO computer systems and updating their records for the purposes of court appearances.Juvenile Court Forms – these forms were used to update the files of under 16s on the aforementioned computer systems.Court Bail Forms – these forms were used when an accused had been bailed from court and special conditions were to be added to their files.
