So far I've completed my Google IT Support Specialist certificate and coding bootcamp and received my certificate in Software Development. I am eager and looking forward to what this career path has to offer and where it will take me. For the past 3+ years I've been working at Amazon in a new building that just opened up to publish books. It has been eye opening to work with all the new innovative technology they have to offer and see what robots are capable of. I work very closely with a lot of technology, troubleshoot machines and have excelled at it as well. I have always had jobs making people happy and helping others so why not put my skills to good use and teach people what I know. My current role amongst others is an Inkjet/Binding Operator and I'm working towards being a Learning Ambassador. I’ve been in the retail industry giving extensive customer service for over 20 years and I’ve acquired many skills through doing so such as problem solving, leadership, human resources, training, and my favorite of all troubleshooting. As technology keeps growing I've been finding myself more intrigued of how it all works and why. I help out many people in my life, to figure out to use technology and it gives me great pleasure to do so.
