Plays a crucial role in helping speakers prepare and deliver their presentations at DisruptHR events; Content Guidance: Helping the speakers refine their topic and message to align with the event's theme of challenging traditional HR and business thinking; Presentation Coaching: Since DisruptHR talks are limited to 5 minutes and 20 slides (which auto-advance every 15 seconds), the mentor assists speakers in structuring their presentation to be concise, clear, and impactful within the time constraints; Storytelling: Assisting the speaker in developing a compelling narrative or story that resonates with the audience; Rehearsal Support: Providing feedback during rehearsals, focusing on delivery style, body language, pacing, and slide transitions; Boosting Confidence: Helping speakers overcome stage fright, offering tips to stay calm, and motivating them to be authentic while presenting.
