Product Owner of “Araya” Project Management Tool exclusively designed for internal purposes and aligned with the methodology and processes used by the company.Responsible from the idea, definition to the implementation and go live.

Responsible for managing varying in size and complexity software development projects, web applications and integration of new systems and platforms in the company.Main projects:(1) Leading the Vivacom Process Optimization Program and setting up the company KPIs. Working with KPMG partner to analyze and define long term plan of the telecom internal organization improvement using Six Sigma.(2) Leading Vivacom FTTP project - Budget appr 600 million BGN to develop its fibre-optic internet network and improve internet services and provide infrastructure for IPTV.(3) Project Manager of NGIN platform change - migration of the prepaid platform in the telco. Budget 1.5 million BGN.Main Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end implementation, from conception through post implementation, as well as day-to-day operations of various projects• Creating and organizing a project team by drawing on a number of internal and external resources as needed• Working closely with architects, engineers, developers, QAs, business, sales, marketing teams, finance department and procurement and coordinating all activities• Ensuring the business requirements are “translated” to the technical/IT teams• Responsibilities include working with international external vendors and acting as single point of contact• Manage day-to-day project activities, tracking the status of the projects and ensuring everything is on track, within scope, schedule and quality• Responsible for identifying, monitoring and responding to risk• Maintain all project related documentation and roadmap• Organizing User Acceptance Tests and ensuring the quality of deliverables are met• Manage defect resolution and change requests during and shortly after the project life cycle• Report project status to the key stakeholders

Main activities and responsibilities • Observe for delivering high quality standard projects to ensure client satisfaction• Responsible for analysis, quotations and price proposals for key client’s large-scale projects• Estimating project delivery schedules and ensuring meeting the accepted deadlines• Ensures accurate invoicing and monitors payments for all projects• Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative projects solutions (technical advices)• Responsible for building long-term client relationships (B2B services area)• Conduct weekly team meetings with DTP, PM and QA teams• Allocate human resources for the projects• Mentoring/supporting Project Manager Team members • Participate in recruiting staff, jobs posting and organizing newsletters marketing campaigns

Main activities and responsibilities: • Set initial project objectives and scope• Planning and organizing including estimating cost, duration, resource needed• Control project execution - coordinate with Desktop Publishing Team and Quality Assurance Team and resolving project issues• Communication with the client for updating, issues with specific project• Responsible for delivering on time and within the company quality standards• Acts as primary point-of-contact for a number of clients (B2B)
