Responsible for the resolution, documentation and knowledge transfer. Duties included code review, solution design, training, mentoring and implementation. Participated in the technical study and integration of the Canadian Pulp & Paper Association reporting engine, the IBM Education & Training interactive site and Air Canada first web presence. Responsible for the IBMLink message folder (OV/VM) support & enhancement from 1994 to 1995. Founding member of the IBM Internet Competency Center in Montréal, Qc.
