I am currently working as a Scrum Master, guiding the team in agile frameworks and mindset. I am a servant leader, I help the team accomplishing it's goals by solving problems and removing obstacles that the team might encounter along the way. I make usage of my soft skills and my communication abilities to facilitate the workflow and integration in the team. Also I coach them on Lean mindsets. I'm constantly researching and teaching the team about Product Management Principles and best practices. I consider myself as a facilitator and a communicator with 10 years of development and requirements assessment experience combined. I have Product Owner experience and also knowledge in several technologies, which involve frontend and backend development.I have high communication skills, I am resourceful, creative and self taught, this has allowed me to excel in my role as Scrum Master facilitating and solving problems with the team, I have also developer skills such as knowledge on Javascript, nodejs, Php, CodeIgniter, Power Builder, Delphi, dev Express framework, SQL, HANA.I am fully objectives oriented and I am willing to do everything that’s needed in order to reach the goals of the company, ensuring the product’s value and keeping a high level of ethics and companionship with the team.As part of my recent acomplishments:I Helped several teams acquire Agile principles to succed at their work and acomplish their goals, most times leading them from ground zero in many ways. I promoted the implementation of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines and was in charge of following up it's success.I was successfull at detecting high level problems with Quality Assurance practices which lead theteams to reformulate their processes in order to improve and eventually get rid of technical debt, and Incharge and followed up of corrective initiatives of improvement in this area according to Quality assurance principlesI implemented a suite of metrics by which the teams coudl rely on actual data to excel at decision making.Promoted the implementation of healthier OKr's implementation and vision for the teams were under my coverage.
