With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I was a passionate and creative Owner Culinary Director and many other hats at Trident Restaurant Group, where I oversaw the design, acquisition, organization, and setup of multiple restaurant kitchens and menus. I am committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and locally sourced food and beverages to our customers, while also managing the daily operations, marketing, and training of our staff. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of chefs, managers, and servers, who share my vision of providing exceptional dining experiences and customer service.In my former role, I was responsible for all aspects of the seasonal menu building and changes throughout the year, as well as executing and plating all menu items on a daily basis. I also institute weekly marketing promotions, such as Ladies Night, Happy Hours, and Brunch, to build sales and head counts. Additionally, I leveraged my skills in new restaurant openings, menu costing, and catering, to expand our business and reach new markets. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to showcase my culinary expertise and leadership skills.
