As a Patient Services Coordinator at UAB Medicine, I am responsible for coordinating and facilitating the delivery of quality care and services to patients and families. I have over nine years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), providing patient assessment, phlebotomy, and clinical support to various departments and clinics.I am also pursuing a Master of Education in Public Health Education and Promotion, as I have a passion for educating others on health and wellness topics. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which helps me understand the behavioral and emotional aspects of patient care.
