Responsibilities- Define & maintain the engagement roadmap for the consumer mobile app, MyStarHub App (MSA).- Conduct backlog refinement & prioritization sessions.- Act as an app release manager, liaising with other product owners to constantly update the release plan.- Manage, plan, and drive the product backlog, from initial conceptualisation, design, implementation, and launch.- Work with various types of stakeholders, such as app developers, quality assurance engineers, designers, third-party service providers, and internal management throughout the product development process or project lifecycle stages.- Translate business requirements into user stories in JIRA.- Verify User Acceptance Test (UAT) prior to declaring release readiness.- Create business cases for projects, work with finance and legal to settle the agreement with vendors and close the procurement items such as settling payments.Achievements & Key Projects- Led the project for loyalty rewards management on MyStarHub App (MSA). - Led the project for 5G SIM requests and activation via MyStarHub App (MSA).- Drew up the process framework for app engagement which opened up a new engagement channel for marketing to reach out to subscribers.

Responsibilities- Work with internal and external stakeholders across different functions to define and prioritize product features that optimize value;- Identify user stories and design user interface and user experience of the software accordingly;- Prepare and communicate requirements to the software development team and plan the backlog and schedule for each sprint with the team;- Prepare and maintain product documentation such as Product Brief, Product Requirement, User Manual, Terms & Conditions, FAQs; - Conduct and sign off system acceptance tests for product version release and user acceptance test with project clients;- Conduct product briefs, demos, and training to internal stakeholders and external clients; and- Gather feedback from focus groups to measure product performance within the market and identify new features to line up in the product development roadmap.Achievements & Key Projects- Designed and launched productivity solutions for enterprises such as a change management system and consumer-facing solutions such as kiosk applications;- Introduced and packaged new and existing products into solution groups to cater for new target markets;- Established standard templates and company style guides; and- Introduced a knowledge management platform adopted by subsidiaries under Oneberry Holdings.
