Stefanie has 8 years of working experience and her last role held in corporate prior to VimiCoach was a HR Manager for Malaysia’s Top 3 Property Developer, taking responsibility in HR Business Partnering for over 1,000 employees in Malaysia and Vietnam. Over the years in HR, she also chanced on the opportunity to be involved in a full spectrum of HR comprising of HR Operations, Recruitment, Talent Management for a large organization which she believes was the key to her rapid climb in the corporate ladder.The decision to join VimiCoach was driven by her desire to become a true valuable HR Business Partner that is able to advise and influence business leaders in their thought & decision making in People Management which ultimately leads to a team that’s consistently high performance and aligned to achieve the business goals together. To date in VimiCoach, Stefanie has coached micro to large SME business leaders from food manufacturing, trading, professional services, business education, on-demand food delivery service, auto detailing and used car dealerships with leaders providing testimonials that VimiCoach has indeed helped them to achieve more clarity in People Management and aligned workforce to achieve their company goals.
