Training/Working experience as an IT&T Support and Operations Center (ISOC) Engineer, IT&T Helpdesk Technician and on IT&T Data Center Services.Responsibilities by Department:IT&T Support and Operations Center (ISOC) Engineer:•Telecommunications Systems operations and monitoring.•Data Networks (LAN & WAN) operations and monitoring.•Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) operations and monitoring.•IPTV operations and monitoring.•Servers and storage monitoring. •Environmental conditions monitoring.•Daily system health-checks.•Implementation of customer IT&T requests in collaboration with field technicians.•Domain accounts administration.•Configuration of IT&T equipment.•Registration of events and incidents in the Service Desk tool.•Events management and reporting.IT&T Helpdesk Technician:•Troubleshooting of hardware, software and network operating systems.•Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.•Maintenance and repairing of equipment.•Installing hardware and software systems.•Quick response and implementation of customer IT&T requests.IT&T Data Center Services:•Active participation in projects regarding Data Center rooms expandability options, documentation, installation and maintenance of equipment (Server and switch installation, provision of services, research of available room for racks installation).•Updating Network, Cabling and Data Center equipment related documentation and databases.•Scheduled checks of Data Center rooms in order to ensure the normal operation of equipment and services provided.
