My consulting agency, Init Sports, offers unparalleled insights and strategies to empower sports and esports organizations to reach new heights.I currently serve on the board of the Global Esports Federation and I'm chair of its Athletes and Players Commission, where I advocate for players worldwide. Expo, the world’s leading simulation expo, spanning industries from racing and aviation to agriculture and medicine, as well as Legends Network Group, home to the future most advanced esports and motorsports facility globally.As a keynote speaker, I am passionate about promoting women’s inclusion in sports and esports. My experiences as a 3-time Women’s World Motocross Champion fuel my commitment to helping women break boundaries in competitive fields. I spearheaded Screen to Speed, a groundbreaking movement supporting women in sim racing, and co-founded Sim 4 STEM—a program that puts young girls into the roles of a motorsport team, combining STEM learning with hands-on simulator experiences, proudly partnered with the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana.As a sim racing advisor and Athletes Commission member for USEF.gg, I lead Team USA’s sim racing efforts, helping bring esports to the forefront of global competition. I’m driven by a mission to shape the future of esports, motorsports, and education through meaningful partnerships, innovative projects, and an unwavering dedication to inclusivity.

I discovered current Women World Motocross Champion Chiara Fontanesi and guided her to her very first international title. I had worked with top professional athletes and enjoyed the possibility to have coached female riders from Iran to Zimbabwe. 211 MX School is the first motocross school to reach mainstream status (featured on CNN). In 2010 with the support of RedBull, a reality TV show was created in Italy about the school. Today we traveled around the world to mentor and coach athletes to achieve their dreams in becoming the best motocross rider they could be.

Since then I traveled the world with the goal of achiving records for the women side of the sport.I was the only woman to race professionally with the men in the new era and the first women to compete in the male World Motocross Championship in 2005. Conquered 14 titles in my career.In 2005 I had a career ending injury.
