Stephanie is passionate about creating products from ideas, and bringing products to markets. She advocates for customer-insight-driven innovation and was a seasoned practitioner at Microsoft, working as a technical Program Manager for Windows Server Active Directory for 5 years. After graduating with an MBA from Columbia Business School, she continued to expand her technology perspective by serving numerous high-tech companies in the enterprise market as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company for two years. She then joined a Y-combinator startup, GetGoing, Inc., as the Director of Product Management to lead development of the next-generation corporate travel technology platform. Successful rollout of MVP a year later led to the acquisition of GetGoing by BCD Travel, the third largest travel management company in the world. Integration post acquisition had stabilized, and Stephanie decided to move on to learn about Payments. She became a Lead Product Manager at PayPal and oversaw strategy and roadmap for its Payments Platform that processes 13M transactions/day. Drawn by the simple and elegant customer experience of Apple Pay, Stephanie joined Apple three years ago and is now a Program Manager at Apple Pay.
