He guides these teams which are assessing desirability, feasibility and viability of new and existing business models by building prototypes. Moreover, Steije is responsible for continuous improvment of the way of working, coaching stakeholders, organization-wide portfolio management for business development teams. Throughput-time of innovation teams is decreased with 40% since Steije's entrance.Steije is coaching these teams on three frameworks: Agile/Scrum, Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
