I established Barona, an international recruitment and staffing start up, into the Norwegian market. I have been a board member in the NHO services, area Staffing, an Advisory Board Chairman and Business Unit Director at Proffice Group. I have been working in several different top executive management positions at Proffice (15 years). I have experience from international top management groups and management/business cross Nordic countries.A great achievement is a successful implementation of Barona in the Norwegian market, with the full responsibility of all elements from A to Z. Further, I have been building and implementing a specialization strategy for one of the biggest recruitment and staffing companies in Norway. I have been responsible for most of the commercial parts in the Norwegian market, including all support functions and national sales team. Developing new sales and business opportunities, such as the SMB hunting team, and creating the concepts for recruitment, temporary and staffing, have been very important elements and experiences in my career.
