With this privately owned company Enki was created. Enki was one of the Sumerian gods with knowledge and creation as some of his powers. A symbolic name to the learning universe that Asio developed, where students in this universe can work with different subjects, while crafting and exploring together. The team behind the development was highly skilled which resulted in a unique and engaging game based learning program. Being a "learning MMO", the project had contribution from designers, programmers, graphic artists, animators, pedagogical advisors, teachers, writers and web designers. My contribution have been aside to write the concept, to lead the development while having the pleasure to lead, empower and inspire with the different teams in all stages of development. www.enkifag.no

Being involved in many roles during the outset of the company, it was my pleasure to contribute not only on product design and development, but also in the overall strategical activities in the business. Funding, recruitment, partnerships, and customer pilots were other areas I enjoyed being greatly involved with. With the business growing and different teams were established, my main responsibility were after some time to lead the technical development team. Here I had the pleasure to follow the evolution of a theoretic product design, seeing it become a serious educational service in several national markets. Being a startup, a constant focus on budget was paramount, and it was very rewarding to see that the business could win all those challenging phases, and become a stable and reliable competitor in its market.
