Over twenty years of experience in Engineering and the management of subsea projects. I have a broad base of experience from various project phases, from initial feasibility analysis and concept development to detailed design, including budget, schedule and risks/risks management as well as field operations and service supervision. I am familiar with international standard practices, procedures and work processes for offshore installations and fabrication yards. Moreover, I possess excellent communication skills combined with proven leadership capabilities that allow me to interface effectively across all levels.Expert in fracture mechanics analyses, structural integrity assessments, and materials testing. I have worked with these topics since I started my career at DNV in 2001, but these topics where also the focus for my master thesis.I am the author and responsible for several worldwide recognized codes related to fracture mechanics analyses such as: Appendix A of DNV-OS-F101:2007 to 2017 The fatigue and fracture limit state in DNV-ST-F101 Supplementary requirement P in DNV-ST-F101 All revisions of DNV-RP-F108DNV-RP-F108 is the most used code for assessing flaws in pipeline and riser girth welds which is used for developing weld defect acceptance criteria and performing fitness-for-service assessments in cases of failures or known crack-like flaws.I am also regularly participating in failure investigations, various specialized full-scale testing of components, fatigue testing, creep testing, advanced fracture toughness testing in environments, and I have a good understanding of FE fracture mechanics analyses.In spare time I love cycling which I do almost every day. Riding with a cycling club and participating in races. In addition, I love other outdoor activities as mountain hiking, climbing, windsurfing, cross country skiing, and alpine skiing.
