At the end of the day, my job is about change and adaption to tackle new challenges and opportunities! With my military background, Master degree in cybernetics, work experience from consulting companies, private and public organizations, across industries as health, welfare, tax, logistics, finance and payments, I have implemented change within myself and in organizations for more than 20 years. Currently a Business Director at Norges Bank, responsible for the most critical service in the Norwegian payment system. Key focus areas is to sustain flawless operation of our services, enhance the cyber security resilience to withstand whatever will meet us tomorrow and to transform the payment system to be ready for the future. On a personal level, I am a husband and father for a son and a daughter, both in their teens. My favorite activity is to compete in Obstacle Course Race (OCR), because it helps me remember that you always have to be prepared for the unexpected and ready to adapt to any challenge life throws at you.
