Biobased materials, such as wood, bamboo, mycelium, or recycled plastic, offer great potential in this regard. I am an industrial designer and musician. CMPT stands for design, advise, production and making music. Are you ready to CoMPeTe?

I started at Fiberneering B.V. as a composite production specialist and engineer. I manage internal and external projects from start to delivery. I make quotes and also negotiate with the potential customer. I apply my extensive practical and theoretical knowledge to perform various composite production methods: hand laminating, vacuum injection and prepreg. I have supervised and trained engineers and production employees for the production facility. In order to keep the quality within composite production constant, I have written various SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). As a result, a high-quality and repetitive production process has been realized. Quality Assurance and Quality Controll are very important in this. In addition to my project management and (high-end) production tasks, I design and engineer (composite) products using Solid Works. If necessary, I use surface modeling.Fiberneering has two - in-house developed - 3D printers with which molds and plugs are printed for, among other things, the composite branch. Individual products are also printed here. My task is to run this production in a "lean" way. I am responsible for the optimal printing and processing of 3D prints.

My responsibility at Magenta Innovations B.V. was the project management of all projects. I helped clients make strategic choices through business case-driven assignments, in which I had an advisory role. I made a connection between the client and possible producers. I was responsible for product design from idea to prototype, making 3D CAD drawings in Solid Works and preparing for production. I carried out research, both technical and business administration. Magenta Innovations B.V. operates both nationally and internationally.I made sure that Magenta Innovations B.V. remains technically up to date by keeping up to date and researching the latest developments in innovative design, production techniques and the development of new materials and their application.In addition, my daily activities included making acquisitions, writing quotes, relationship management, writing reports and giving presentations.

Ceemo Design is a company specialized in designing and developing innovative composite products. My job is to organise and make everything happen. From idea to reality.Next to these jobs I'm busy finding new ways of working with new composite material like thermoplastics and bio fibres.
