Developed strategy and roadmap to aligned campaign to cash processes across three divisions of their global business, consolidating data from 7 legacy systems into an integrated Marketo, Salesforce and NetSuite platform. Managed vendor relationships, implementation teams and client resources to successfully deliver systems which enabled the business to scale and more efficiently serve their customers• SaaS Back Office: Led the assessment, planning and mobilization phases of an ERP, CRM and PSA platform replacement effort for a $315M PE backed software company. Led planning and business case development for a $15M implementation program that would replace legacy systems with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM and FinancialForce PSA• Process Optimization: For the compliance area of a major P&C insurance company, led an assessment of the company’s process for addressing premium under and over charges and data quality issues. Identified opportunities to reduce the cost of corrective actions by ~$8.2 million a year and reduce the average processing time by 83 days (33%)Digital Strategy• Field Service Merchandiser Platform Strategy: Developed the business and technical strategy to help the field service organization of a Fortune 1000 consumer product company move from legacy systems to mobile solutions in order to reduce cost of delivery while providing more capabilities to the field• Sales Enablement: Crafted mobile strategy and roadmap which identified and prioritized the top 8 opportunities to improve salesforce productivity and increase sales.
