Responsible for managing the day to day business operations of the Corporate Branch and providing centralized project support to all branches by performing the following duties personally, through subordinate employees and through regional employee collaboration.-Corporate Champion for the company-wide ERP/ERP system, maintain system user base and data elements, provide user support and manage all aspects of the Organizational Change Management of the system. -Responsible for managing the internal and external communications strategies for DP Air Corporation, including coordination of strategic meetings and events. -Executive reporting on key data points for use in making strategic decisions. -Responsible for coordinating business support activities and day-to-day operations including administrative support for the CEO AND COO, HR Services, Accounting support and office management. -Organizational Process Improvements include identifying pain points, consultative process improvements, implement and track progress. - Provide project support to the CEO and project managers on projects awarded to DP Air Corporation. -Provide sales support by reviewing all quotes to clients, ensuring budgets are completed, maintaining the Corporate Sales Pipeline and managing the quote throughout the lifecycle process.

The Operations Management Office is responsible for driving the operating rhythms of Apollo Technology (AT) including key processes related to facilities, cost control and reporting through administrative support, facilities management, staffing services, Planview operations, vendor management, learning, development and internal communications. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:-Increase efficiencies and capabilities through organizational process improvements.Driving organizational changes to enable the AT Strategy. Assisting with delivering improvements in human capital for the AT Department. -Partnering with Finance in the creation and monitoring of the AT budgeting and planning process.-Providing project management support for high priority AT department initiatives including Career Pathing and Internship programs. -Administrative Services: responsible for providing centralized administrative support, overseeing and directing all administrative functions, coordinating business support activities and day-to-day operations of the AT organization.-Facilities Management: responsible for managing space allocation in the various AT locations and maintains the relationship and is the POC with the Apollo Real Estate & Facilities department. -Staffing Svcs: responsible for supporting and leading staffing initiatives, coordinating staffing activities.-Planview Ops: responsible for maintaining Planview’s system user base, project/work data elements, provides user support for all users in the system.-Vendor Management is responsible for working closely on all service agreements, maintenance/support contracts, subscriptions/software and professional services within AT. -Internal Communications is responsible for facilitating communications internally, developing a communications strategy for AT, including coordination of department wide meetings and events.
