Management of the company's ownership in Gassled, consisting of a gas pipeline network and processing facilities.

Responsible for commercial issues related to Fortum’s producing assets in Norway. Fortum’s representative to the Asgard Unit, Asgard Transport and Heidrun Unit commercial committees. Fortum’s deputy representative to the Asgard Terminal, Asgard Field Development & Operations and Gassled Project technical committees. Negotiation team leader for Asgard Unit. Expert witness in major arbitration case. Member of various industry work groups.

Member and deputy leader of the Asset Monitoring and Project Initiation Team in Business Unit Gas Land. Acting Section Head for Appraisal Engineering within the Business Unit. Participated in optimisation of the exploration, appraisal, development, production and decommissioning activities for NAMs onshore gas fields in the North Netherlands. Managed the development of business plans, cost estimating and budget planning, as well as various studies, field development plans and budget proposals.

Managed the Omar Phase III gas project, comprising extension and refurbishment a gas treatment and NGL fractionation plant, five gas gathering stations and a gas pipeline network. Responsible for all project functions, including budget acquisition, EPC tender preparation, bid evaluation and clarification, contract preparation, contract administration, engineering, safety, construction supervision, operator training, commissioning and hand-over to Operations. Resolved warranty claims and managed modification work for other projects.

Managed front-end engineering of the Syrian gas project Omar Phase III at ABB Global Engineering in London.

Managed pre-engineering of utility systems and performed plant layout safety studies for the Kollsnes terminal, Troll production system optimisation studies, availability and life cycle cost studies. Established Quality Management System i co-operation with EPCM contractor.

Various analysis work at clients’ offices (Statoil, Shell).

Participated in defense studies and testing of military equipment.
