Key achievements:Delivered three consecutive years with revenue and operating profit growth, including bringing the operating profit margin of CCEP Norway to double digit for the first time in history.Succesfully Integrated Monster Energy Drinks into the Product Portfolio, bringing CCEPN to market leadership in the energy segment.Winning the prestigious 2015 Johnston Cup, which awards the best market execution across all CCE territories.Significantly broadening the Product portfolio from 2015-2020 into still products, water, energy, fruit and plant based categories, successfully reducing the company's sugar/calory footprint in Norway.Successfully driving and promoting the company's sustainability agenda on energy/climate and Health, through successful innovations such as the first zero emission transportation policy for Field Sales (100 electric cars + 175 chargers at HQ), first move to 100% recycled PET in water portfolio packaging, etc. Gender equality execution in CCEP Norway: Moved % of female leaders in the organisation from 18 to 39% from 2015-2020, and 50/50 Balance in the Management team.
