• Providing active decision support for the Management Team• Coordinating reporting to HQ in London• Coordinating compliance efforts. Responsible for SOX testing and reporting.• Coordinanting the Management Information System• Coordinating the Credit Control and Invoicing functions within the company• Coordinating miscellaneous external reports;• Preparing numerous other miscellaneous reports regarding company assets, income and expenses;

• Budget modeling to fit company reporting needs;• Internal budget planning and analysis (all departments and expense categories)• Ensuring budgetary control for each department (preparing detailed analyses of income and expenses) for each department manager and for the general manager;

• Detailed analysis of financial statements• Variance analysis and forecasting• Profitability reporting (by customer, department, product)• Work flow analysis and optimisation• Review of allocation methods • Investment appraisal
