The main activities are: 1. Schedule and prepare day- to-day meetings with existing and prospect clients. 2. Maintain the existing client list and develop new business opportunities. 3. Prepare analytical, viable, technical and financial proposals (offers) for clients. (powerpoint based presentations) 4. Collection of raw data from customers site. (e.g, number of printing machines, print volumes, total cost of consumables, Service Level Agreements with the existing supplier) 5. Import data from clients on Entersoft CRM database, MS Excel on daily basis. 6. Participating in public competitions by preparing and presenting printing solutions. (e.g Municipality of Heraklion and many more public services) The main responsibilities are: 1. Αccount management. 2. Project management. (Which involves the steps described below) - First contact with the IT dept. of the client/organization. - Meetings with the senior management of the client usually the CEO/CFO or CIO. - Assess of the current situation regarding the clients print policy/document management. - Design the new print policy with the clients IT team. - Implement the new solution. (order the new equipment, deliver the new solution to the client as agreed) - Manage the account for any new requirements. 3. Preparing monthly reports for the department including data for: sales, number of visits to clients, new business opportunities, any other requests from the senior management.
