Dealing professionally in the Human Resources field for over 8 years, ~ 7 from them in a dynamic and challenging environment of the semiconductors industry as part of the HR Team of Melexis. Following I am involved in various projects and tasks. Below are some examples of my responsibilities:* Payroll specialist- involved as responsible for the execution of the payroll process of the whole Melexis Sofia site, including its planning, coordination and final audit of all processed information, incl. from the external payroll company. * Job offer creation and the whole hiring process from the job offer towards the contract preparation and signing and the local on-boarding process.* HR Consulting- directly employees and Team Leads on a wide range of subjects e.g. payroll and remuneration process, personnel administration, social securities and taxes, employees onboarding, and retention, performance management program. With focus being Local HRBP for the biggest function on site Global Operations, and for the IT function.* Talent Engagement field locally and as part from the global Talent Engagement Team for several years e.g. in Performance Management, Compensations and benefits topic, Market survey data submission and analysis, Benchmarks creation.* Organizing and executing trainings, incl. facilitating workshops to employees and Team Leads* Doing Stay and Exit interviews* Dealing locally with all HR systems ensuring flawless Data Integrity e.g Oracle database, the system for employee absences, different modules of LMS Software- Cornerstone. Working actively and with the MS Office package, Google apps. * Being locally Global Mobility specialist, involved in each expat/secondment case. Having experience in e.g. issuing of residence permits and A1 certificates. My master thesis was defended on the topic of Taxes and Social Securities by secondments.* Part of the Melexis Global Well-being Team and Local Well-being responsible for Sofia site.* Local GDPR responsible
