Current-General education, supervision, and discipline of students Kindergarten- High School, including special needs students in an inclusive classroom environment-Execute non-instructional duties as assigned and needed to ensure student safety, including providing medical care according to Board Policy -Administer professional development plans and head decisions based on their effects on students and parents, in line with faculty policyKey Contributions:-Recognized for ability to redirect students exhibiting behavioral, disruptive, and unproductive patterns to exhibit positive behaviors-Served on school task force committee initiatives for anti-bullying efforts-Named and requested as “first-to-call” resource in substitute teaching role during teacher absences due to a track record of ensuring a great student experience
