Assigned duties and shifts to employees, co-ordination with other department in regards to service need as Accounts, IS, Stewarding, Laundry and making Inventories for Alcohol to Minimize the Variances.• Inventories, Prepare Explanation for the Beverage Variances monthly• Group Reservations, Updating Competitors List, purchase request.• Manage and coordinated activities of staff engaged in providing courteous and rapid service to diners.• Observed performance to ensure Hotel Standards are fulfilled and established procedures• Assessed staff performance and provide reports identifying staff strength and areas needing development (Staff appraisals).• Communicate to staff all the latest updates/ changes to procedures, special information and important notifications from the Management.• Display exemplary behavior to maintain a safe work environment and be a role model for the team.• .Provided on the job training to staff under direct supervision to ensure they are competent in operation.• In charge of all jobs in the outlet replying emails and to handle all complains.

• Assists the supervisor with the daily operation of the outlet and supervision.• Ensure service standards on assigned station are met.• To greet with smile all the time colleagues or guest anywhere in the hotel Front or back of the house.• To handle all Minor complain and to report them to the Manager or assistant for proper action. • To make sure all staff are follow up basic grooming, hygiene all time look smart for uniform and shoes a always high standard, ladies make up all time.
