Senior lecturer at Digital marketing and Visual communications design, undergraduate and graduate courses including Goldsmiths, University of London programe. Founded in 1998, Algebra has more than 150 full-time employees and more than 600 associated experts as well as higher educational faculties employed also in the industry. Annually, Algebra educates around 15.000 students through various seminars and short educational programs in adult education, additionally 3.000 children and young students in Digital Academy and State Matura exam preparation programs, while in higher education Algebra has more than 30% growth in new students each year.Many of the programs are authorized by global software and equipment manufacturers such as: Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Red Hat, VMware, Adobe, Autodesk, EC-Council, (ISC)2 and others. As a marketing expert, I was in charge of forming a marketing office that included developing a brand and communications strategy, digital platforms, advertising and internal processes for the University. During that time I was the expert for EU funded projects (Clustering Creativity), development of lifelong learning programs, Apple lighthouse school project and similar smaller projects.

A team of experts, which I was part of, was in charge of development, launching, and running an innovative pay-tv platform evotv. As part of the team I was directly in charge of all marketing activities connected to brand development and I was engaged in all developing processes of the platform. Evotv was a unique project, and become the fastest-growing pay-tv platform in Croatia. It was developed to be simple and user-transparent (no contract obligation, no small print, no additional fees). For the first time, a pay-tv in Croatia did not require Internet access or a satellite dish, and innovative packages called bouquets were introduced so that the users could watch the most popular channels and change them every month. Evotv was the first pay-tv that “traveled” with users since it did not depend on telephone lines or an internet connection (a friend’s house, summer home, etc.). Croatia is among the first ten countries in Europe and evotv is among the first PAY TV services in the world which implemented DVB-T2 technology.
