I have always believed that people love to be heard and be understood be it for their needs or just a simple problem or worry in their life. I was pretty much always the listener and the one my friends came for advice to. It comes so naturally to try and be helpful or to make their day better. These are skills that have evolved even more in my career making me not only a better employee but an even better person as well. I am an empathetic person with a customer centric mindset which has followed me throughout my whole career on roles such as a Sales Advisor and a Customer Service Representative. My goal is firstly to make your day a little better and make sure that you get exactly what you need. That is me.
