Spearheaded full organizational turnaround in first year for a legacy organization. Overhauled financial strategy resulting in a strong cash position, developed new culture where team members embrace innovation and curiosity, and enhanced programmatic delivery with new technologies. - Turned around Hope Haven at a critical juncture, using a comprehensive financial analysis to understand the cost of care. Created a fee-for-service model that eliminated hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses and ensured financial sustainability. - Conducted a cost-benefit analysis of third-party payor dynamics at Hope Haven and moved to 100% fee-based services. This bold decision improved access to care by over 250% and resumed the provision of medical neuropsychological services. - Led improvements to the physical infrastructure of Hope Haven, including land, buildings, and equipment. Enhanced the culture with meaningful values, centralized communications, selected new staff and provided training and professional and career development opportunities. - Developed a partnership with a local for-profit entity of specialized therapies that maintained continuity of care for thousands of clients at Hope Haven, resulting in significant unrestricted dollars that significantly benefitted the organization. - Ensured continuous care at Hope Haven during the pandemic by remaining open every day to all current clients while opening the doors for displaced clients whose providers either shut down or worked remotely, which enhanced the reputation in the philanthropic community. - Created a 501(c)(2) holding company at Hope Haven that protects assets and generates long-term reserves to maintain physical upkeep of the infrastructure.

Provided consultation services and program development for foster care, delinquency, and similar programs serving at-risk youth and families throughout Florida. Designed and deployed training strategies for large scale human service entities.

Provided executive management and leadership to the supervised visitation program, and developed new programs to enhance services available to families separated by domestic violence, child abuse, and other crisis situations. Supported quality improvement initiatives throughout Florida and designed a comprehensive client management system that was adopted around the country.

Assessed prospective adoptive families capacity to provide a stable and healthy permanent home for youth from the foster care system, recruited outstanding adoptive homes, participated in community events to raise awareness about adoption through foster care, and provided support to families and adoption professionals

Served on the leadership team of a nonprofit organization that serves children, youth, and families with a 16–bed shelter licensed by the State of Florida, outpatient counseling, and a Safe Place Program.
