In this role I:- Contributed towards final layout and structure of the ARP by making approved suggestions- Communicated request for evidence from Police Scotland of delivery towards five stated priorities and key areas outlined in the Annual Police Plan for 2016/17- Analysed information received and identified gaps, and made requests for further information achieving successful compliance- Drafted summaries of evidence which were used in final version of the ARP- Maintained and updated an information portal which was used by the SPA to assess and approve evidence provided- Set delivery timelines for evidence submission and regularly reviewed and updated these in line with governance timelines for review and consultation of drafts - Proof-read drafts and suggested changes incorporated into the final version- Maintained effective working relationships with colleagues from both organisations through joint problem-solving, professional conduct and effective communication, resulting in timeous delivery of the ARP and positive feedback on content, from various stakeholders
