As a cashier I would first clean the counter, count the stock such as the cooldrinks, folks, knifes, satchels and ensure if I have enough cash on hand for the day and if there is any stock outstanding, I would write it down and inform the manager regarding the lost stocks. I would take customers order and forward the orders from customers to back of the house. As a cashier, one need to know how to do the transaction of money by using different methods such as card machine and cash on hand. As of call center, customers call and place orders for delivery/collection. One is required to write down the address, cell- phone of the customers. if there are any complaints from customers regarding the deliver/collection of orders, cashiers are required to listen and take the complains to the manager regarding 0ver-ringing the orders.
