• Ensuring high-quality implementation of new projects/accounts based on client needs, objectives, contract specifications, timelines, and managing personnel allocated to projects. Long-term quality assurance. • Manages 8-10 projects with an average patient volume of 25-50 patients per day • Ensuring the accomplishment of major milestones, partnering with the client to optimize utilization and workflow, and maintaining on-the-ground operations at different Texas Oncology sites in the Dallas area • Highly skilled and proficient in Microsoft office (Word & Excel) applications, cloud-based systems, and technology software’s and programs involved/utilized for data mining & data presentation. • Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, disciplinary action, creation of performance plans and maintaining compliance with facility requirements and company policies • Identifying pre- and post-implementation goals, feasibility, identifying elements of cost, benefit, and risk • Managing quality assurance measures, productive communication, site visits, interdepartmental coordination, and other critical tasks involved in ensuring an overall successful and on-time project implementation • Utilizing excellent verbal and written communications skills specifically for daily communication with physicians, practice directors, HR, senior account management, employees, IT, etc. • Assessing and creating goal-driven implementation plans for provider-specific sites with challenging aspects (i.e. extremely high patient volume, high staff turnover, high complexity specialty, etc.) • Crisis management, project service recovery, creating employee-specific performance improvement plans • Ensure thorough & accurate documentation of patient-physician visits, employee training and certificates• Provide job assignments and manage career development • Ensuring all employee training, certificates, credentialing and HIPAA compliance are met and documented correctly deadlines.
