1. Led monthly and annual financial planning for HK/TW market and Foodservice channel; performed independent analysis to determine revenue/gross profit forecast to verify and adjust countries roll-up; managed monthly close process and conducted variance analysis.2. As business partner to HK/TW/Foodservice channel and provide analysis report down to SBU/Brand, product line, product level, follow up with Marketing Fcst, Gross Profit analysis and DME Spending etc, be proactive to provide analysis related to investment efficiency or promotion evaluation etc, involve in long term financial analysis like NPV.3. Work closely with Finance team and provide timely analysis: Pre-close operation forecast, Outlook/BU, Variance report, Annual Plan, Strategy Plan (5 Year).4. Work and communicate with share accounting service center to ensure solid accounting reports and timely & accurate accounting treatments are performed.5. Continually review and seek improvements in financial information systems and reporting techniques to achieve accountability and P&L performance measurement down to channel / city, cluster of cities, province or territory / brand / key customers / key-account level, through active end-user participation and project leadership in financial systems development.6. Assist in any other ad-hoc analysis/reports/projects.

1.Consolidate Annual operating plan, 5 year strategic plan, quarterly forecast and actual financials with analytical results, prepare comparable and transactional analyses/Deck for management presentations.2.Analyze and prepare financial reporting(Budget, Forecast, Actuals) to local and global management team, update monthly dashboard and provide KPI performance,participating in developing statistical models, strategies to facilitate businesses to develop. 3.Collaborated with BUs to set synergy targets and develop bottom-up business plans, Variance analysis for the monthly business results: Actuals variances versus plans versus Forecast and alert to management with sensible solution for any significant unfavorable variance.4.Develop trend analysis and benchmarking to ensure accuracy and reliability of targets and identifying improvement opportunities. 5.Reconcile and keep track of headcount on a quarterly basis as part of every detailed forecast cycle, prepare SG&A report by function.6.Conduct expenses analysis to control divisional expenses and identify the cost saving opportunities.7.Reconcile data between Cornerstone system and SAP, analyze the performance and provide variance explanations.8.Assist in any other ad-hoc analysis/projects requested by Greater China CFO
