About Stella Voules Maps Gaicd

As co-founder of JOST & Co, I operate at the intersection of people and change, the psychology of behaviour and organisational culture with the purpose of helping shape the future of work.Clients come to JOST & Co when they have an organisational challenge or issue that needs a creative solution, this is the work I relish. With broad experience in people strategy, leadership development and change management, and from a vantage point as an independent consultant, I’m in the ideal position to solve problems and identify opportunities that support great outcomes for clients.At JOST & Co, we live our values - agility, grit and empathy, and I always remember to have fun along the way. I really believe that life isn’t just about what you do, but how you do it. Ultimately, it all comes down to passion, energy, flexibility and balance. I’ve always been passionate about guiding, supporting, coaching and leading others through challenges while always putting relationships first. To bring out the best in leaders and help organisations thrive, I harness my well-rounded background in psychology, leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation across the public and private sectors, along with my love of learning and passion for research.The future of work is genuinely exciting, and I’m making it a reality for my clients. The most innovative and impactful cultures will share several key traits: they will have a strong digital backbone, be motivated to learn, be focused on driving team performance compassionately, and intent on fostering and maintaining a strong sense of community. My love of learning and research doesn’t stop with work. Every second weekend, I swap my heels (well, sports gear most days these days!) for gumboots and head to the country, much to the fascination of my city friends. Bees, it turns out, are incredibly generous with their advice on leadership, team building and team effectiveness.
