Roles & Responsibilities:• Ensuring the existing clients to build the relationship and approaching potential new companies as well as giving presentations to clients on services taking responsibility as a point of contact.• Buliding network With Potential Clients by working in almost every industry to provide a positive client experience and to increase sales and business development.• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.• Identifying new revenue opportunities.• Building business relationships with current and potential clients.• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.• Focus on meeting the needs of clients while driving the commercial objectives of their employer. • Responsible for finding and retaining clients strategy or new sales opportunities and focus on meeting the needs of clients while driving the commercial objectives.• Engage in generating the leads of the clients and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client for growing your business, increasing the reputation.

Key Deliverables • Responsible for full cycle recruiting and placing top notch qualified professionals in a fast pace environment• Extensive expertise with various VMS modules such as: Fieldglass, Beeline and MSP/ATS such as: Bounty, Scout, Job diva, Bullhorn including various Direct Clients.• Hands on with sourcing candidates through contacts, referrals, third party companies and job sites.• Proficient in screening and hiring H1B, Green Card holder and Citizens.• Clear understanding and strong knowledge of W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 employment.• Extensive experience in the hiring process by identifying, reviewing and qualifying resumes for a Phone or an In-person interview.• Build and maintain proactive partnerships with all client groups in order to understand their Business and Staffing needs including Offer Ideas, Solutions and Tools.• Generate momentum by providing consistent follow up and feedback in order to manage expectations, candidate's availability status that results in a smooth hiring process.• Working on requirements of Direct Clients.• Identifying, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews as well as follow-up with the candidates.• Calling Up consulting Companies in the US & check for availability of consultants.• Clearly define sourcing strategies and service level agreements.
