- Prepare the company's year-end financial statements - Interact with the company's accounting department in the review and verification of account balances, and in the advancement of their policies and procedures- Prepare workpapers and tax returns for partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations and individuals - Perform calculations for quarterly estimated tax payments and year-end tax projections- Review payrolls, payroll tax returns, sales tax returns prepared by bookkeeping staff- Review/Adjust GL account reconciliations prepared by bookkeeping staff- Assist with mentoring bookkeeping staff to develop their accounting and problem-solving skills

- Prepare and review Individual Tax Return for local and international EB-5 clients; advise clients for tax planning purposes- Prepare and review Business Tax Return for all types of company formations within different industries- Formation of new companies and apply ITIN for individuals- Process payroll/payroll tax and quarterly/yearly payroll reports and compose Form 1099 & 1096- Provide consulting and general accounting services, general ledgers, reconciliation of records, sales tax return; file SOI and other types of financial accounting requirements in a timely manner

- Reconciliation of bank accounts and company GL.- Prepare and analyze aging reports and recommend credit extension/restriction of client base.- Prepare sales and inventory report for management.- Forecast company expenses and budgeting goals.- Reviewed reports for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to management.

- Handle customer inquiry and resolve problem situations.- Prepare and organize daily transaction reports for management review.- Reconcile A/R, A/P, and cash flow records for the company.
