Focus on FMCG，Retail, Luxury and HR1．Responsible for job order understanding, searching and screening candidates according to the consultant’s requirement2．Efficient search for suitable candidates’ contacts information and collect resumes through various channels including telephone calls, Internet search, business seminar and database etc3．Telephone screening candidates in compliance with core competencies to identifying candidates according to the consultant’s requirement and producing short list documentation 4．Undertake research to identify key employee, ex-employees and key opinion leaders, at all level across industries and develop a relationship to gain information5．Cross reference information to ensure accuracy6．Prepare report and communicate on relevant internal customer7．Attend client visits with consultants to gain understanding of assignment8．Arrange for initial candidate / consultant interview9．Act as a link between client / consultant / candidate throughout assignment
